We realise that work can be stressful sometimes. Especially when working in a foreign language. This is why we have streamlined our process to be as straightforward as possible without impacting on quality.
1. Submit Request
Visit our order page and submit the document. In the order form, indicate the type of service you require, along with any specific stylistic requirements.
Within two hours we will confirm which service is required. The quote and the details of the order will be specified in an email.
3. Accept & Pay
Accept the order & pay. Upon receipt of payment a receipt will be issued along with the return date.
4. Finish Job
Your order will be carried out by our highly trained staff to the highest standard within the specified time frame.
5. Return to Customer
When we have finished proofreading we will return two files to you: a tracked version and a clean version of your proofread document.
6. Accept Changes
The track changes feature allows you to view and accept any or all of the modifications proposed by the proofreader.

We take client privacy seriously and we treat everything that you send us in the strictest confidence. One month after the work has been completed we delete any trace of the documents on our system.
